You can book an appointment by calling the clinic directly.

What medical services does The Ashe Street Clinic offer?

We provide a range of services, including general medical consultations, vaccinations, women’s health, men’s health, chronic disease management, and minor surgical procedures along with a range of online services.

Is The Ashe Street Clinic covered by the Medical Card or GP Visit Card?

Yes, we accept Medical Cards and GP Visit Cards for eligible patients. Please bring your card with you for your appointment.

Do you provide vaccinations, including travel vaccines?

Yes, we offer routine vaccinations as well as travel vaccines. Contact us to schedule an appointment and discuss your needs.

Can I get a prescription renewal at The Ashe Street Clinic?

Yes, prescription renewals can be arranged during a consultation or via our prescription renewal service online.

What should I do if I need urgent medical attention?

For emergencies, dial 112 or 999. For non-life-threatening issues, contact the clinic to see if we can accommodate you promptly.

Do you offer health check-ups and screenings?

Yes, we provide general health check-ups and screenings for conditions such as diabetes, cholesterol, smear test & blood pressure management to name a few.

Can I get a medical certificate for work or school from the clinic?

Yes, our doctors can provide medical certificates following a consultation if deemed appropriate.

You can also apply online, but your doctor will need to approve the certificate before it is issued to you.

Do you offer out of hours services?

We are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.  Out of hour services are available through SouthDoc.

Do you offer an online service?

Yes, we do.

You will find a range of online services form the main menu on our website.  These are available 24/7

Where is the clinic located?

The Ashe Street Clinic is located at 36 Ashe Street, Tralee, Co. Kerry. We are on the same street as the Courthouse, St. John’s Protestant Church and Kerry’s Eye Newpaper and we are down the road from Dunnes Stores, North Circular Road, as you approach the town centre. We are on the corner of Ashe Street and Church Street, on the right hand side, directly across the street from Lloyds Pharmacy.

We are only 3 minutes’ walk form the bus and rail station.
